OPERATIONS MANAGER

Courtenay Matthews is the Operations Manager for Wondr Nation, where she assists with the management of iGaming Operations. She plays a crucial role in implementing and refining operational procedures and contributing to the overall success of initiatives.

Courtenay brings a wealth of experience from the risk management, payments, and customer service sectors, with previous positions as a Risk Operations Lead at Affirm and a Payments & Fraud Manager at Pokerstar. Throughout her career she has demonstrated leadership and a clear understanding of industry challenges, working to streamline complex processes and leading teams to achieve key performance goals. She is known for her ability to implement innovative reporting solutions and for her unwavering commitment to quality and consistency across all operations. As people-centric professional, Courtenay is passionate about helping others and enjoys leadership positions in which she can help individuals grow, learn, and become better at what they do.

Outside of work, Courtenay owns her own candle business, blending her love for craftsmanship with her entrepreneurial spirit. When she’s not in her workshop she cherishes time with her dogs, goes on nature walks, and relaxes with video games.
