Janine is Wondr Nation’s Director of Loyalty, responsible for strategic leadership of all loyalty and VIP programs and efforts. She is responsible for managing the overall effectiveness, profitability, and financial success for initiatives.

Janine has over 15 years of expertise in loyalty, marketing, and customer experience. She has extensive experience in the retail industry, driving best practices for loyalty and cobranded credit card programs. In addition to her experience in retail, Janine worked for American Express where she occupied multiple position leading innovative marketing campaigns as well as driving customer improvement strategies.

In her free time, Janine enjoys playing competitive tennis, she belongs to several leagues and serves as Captain at her club. She also has a Maltese dog, Bentley, and loves to spend time playing with him.
